An operator on the road every day carries the aircraft, two sets of propellers, six batteries, a controller and sensors. The original foam never matches that load-out, and recut foam collapses within months. We build the insert to the exact geometry of your kit, inside the footprint of your case. On batteries, one point that matters: these compartments store and separate, they do not contain a fire. A lithium cell in thermal runaway is not stopped by plastic.
Compartment layout agreed with you, stackable or fixed depending on the workstation. PETG covers the majority of applications; ABS or ASA take over as soon as heat or outdoor exposure is involved. Every order starts with a printability review: thin walls, overhangs and material shrinkage are flagged before production, not after.

Can I order a single part?
Yes. There is no minimum order: a one-off is handled exactly like a production run.
I don't have a 3D file — is that a problem?
No. A drawing, a dimensioned photograph or the original part is enough: we model it in Fusion 360 and hand over the STEP file as well.
Is the price shown a firm price?
It is an entry price. A firm quotation is issued within 24 working hours, based on your actual geometry and the quantity required.
