What we make
Four needs, one contact
Workstation tooling and jigs
Bins, 5S storage, tool holders, jigs and fixtures — everything to organise workstations and workshops, to your dimensions.
Enclosures and prototypes
Board enclosures, covers, housings, test parts: 2 to 3 working days for a prototype, in the production material.
Small and medium runs
5 to 8 working days for a run of 50 to 250 parts, negotiated schedule beyond; a sample approved by you before the run starts.

You send what you have
STL, OBJ or 3MF for direct printing, STEP if rework is needed; otherwise a dimensioned 2D drawing, a photo with a ruler or the original part: we model it.

Firm quotation within 24 working hours
Price, recommended material and lead time. The lead time accounts for the workshop's load at the time we write it: it is firm.

Printability check before launch
Walls too thin, impossible overhangs, shrinkage on large flat surfaces: when a problem shows up, you are told before manufacturing, not on delivery.

Part-by-part inspection, sample before a run
Every part is inspected before packing. Beyond 50 parts, a sample is approved in writing before production; below that, it is systematically offered.
Materials
Twenty materials, from PLA to PPS-CF
The main ones below; every material has its own page (temperature resistance, UV, uses, limits). If in doubt, describe the use in your request: we choose with you.
PLA
The best surface detail, provided the part stays indoors.
Temperature resistance : 55 °C
PETG
The everyday functional choice. If you are hesitating, it is probably this one.
Temperature resistance : 70 °C
ABS
The first real step up in heat resistance, and the material for thermoforming moulds.
Temperature resistance : 90 °C
ASA
ABS that does not yellow. For anything that lives outdoors, there is no argument.
Temperature resistance : 90 °C
TPU
Rubber-like flexibility. Nothing else does this job.
Temperature resistance : 80 °C
PC
Impact and temperature. For when the 90 °C of ABS is no longer enough.
Temperature resistance : 110 to 120 °C
PC-FR
Fire-rated polycarbonate, for applications under standards.
Temperature resistance : 110 to 120 °C
PA6-CF
Stiff, light, very low creep. The material for parts under permanent load.
Temperature resistance : 120 °C continuous
PETG-CF
The most useful compromise in the range: PETG toughness, plus stability.
Temperature resistance : 80 °C
PPS-CF
The top of the catalogue. Powder-coating masking, hot zones.
Temperature resistance : up to 200 °C
Precision and limits
What we hold, and what we don't promise
Tolerances
±0.3 mm as standard, ±0.15 mm on request on identified dimensions, negotiated dimension by dimension. Beyond that, the part needs machining, which we don't do.
Size
Up to 350 × 350 × 350 mm in one piece. Beyond that, the part is split into assembled sub-parts, with the joints placed where they show least.
Finish
Layers of 0.1, 0.2 or 0.3 mm. Support removal is included; sanding, priming and painting are not offered. An FDM part comes out with visible layer lines, and we'd rather say so beforehand.
What we don't do
No resin, no metal, no machining. No food contact claimed, no watertightness guaranteed over time: for a pressurised circuit, we don't take the order.
Pricing
No minimum, volume pricing from 10 parts
The price of a part depends on material mass and machine time; preparation (€7.90) is charged once per order, not per part. The unit price falls in bands: −6 % from 10 parts, −12 % at 50, −18 % at 100, −22 % at 250, −30 % from 1,000.

Terms
What is written, and applies to every order
Payment — What are the payment terms?
Payment with the first order. After that, 30 or 60 days end of month once the account is approved. For public bodies we work with your own payment authorisation process.
White label — Do you offer white-label production?
Yes. Unbranded packaging, labelled with your own references, shipped straight to your end customer. Nothing carries our name, neither on the parcel nor on the paperwork.
Confidentiality — Do my files stay confidential?
Your files are used for your production and nothing else. They are not republished, not reused for another customer, not passed to a third party. An NDA is signed on request, before the files are even sent.
Ownership of CAD files — Who owns the CAD files you create?
You do, as soon as the design work is paid for. You receive the STEP file and the native file, and you are free to have the part made elsewhere. It is written into our terms of sale.
Non-conformity — What happens if a part is not to specification?
Tell us within 14 days, with photographs. If the fault is ours, the part is remade at no charge, carriage included. If it comes from a wrong dimension in the file supplied, we work out a solution together and the rework is quoted beforehand.
Delivery in Europe — Do you ship across Europe?
Yes. Tracking is emailed when the parcel leaves, and there are no customs formalities inside the European Union. SANSIL 3D operates under the French small-business VAT exemption (article 293 B of the French tax code): no VAT is charged, in France or in the EU. The quoted price is the price you pay — nothing to add, and nothing to reclaim on your side.
Datasheets and certifications — Do you have certified materials?
PC-FR is UL94 V-0 rated and the manufacturer's datasheet ships with the order. For every material, the manufacturer's datasheet (PDF) can be downloaded from the material page, and is attached to the order on request. We do not issue part certification: that is not our trade.
Insurance — Are you insured?
Yes. SANSIL 3D is covered by a MAIF professional insurance policy: public liability and professional liability after delivery. A current certificate of insurance is provided on request, together with the quotation if you wish.
The workshop
One contact, from the first message to delivery
SANSIL 3D is Sébastien Boudignon's workshop in Morsang-sur-Orge (Essonne, south of Paris). The same person reads your request, chooses the material, launches the print, inspects and packs. No sales department promising a lead time that production cannot keep.
