Given the size of the business and the nature of the processing, appointing a data protection officer is not required.

Data collected and purposes

Quotation or contact request — surname, first name, email, optional telephone, company name and registration number for businesses, message, and any 3D file. Purpose: answering the request and fulfilling the order. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Invoicing — identity, address, amounts. Purpose: accounting and tax obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.

Audience measurement — pages viewed, referrer, device, through Google Analytics loaded by Google Tag Manager. Purpose: knowing which pages lead to quotation requests. Legal basis: your consent, collected by the banner on your first visit and revocable at any time through the Cookies link in the footer. Until you have answered, no tag fires. Advertising signals remain permanently denied, even after acceptance: no campaign is planned.

The online quotation calculation runs entirely inside your browser: your 3D file is only transmitted if you confirm the form submission.

Retention periods

Prospects with no follow-up: 3 years from last contact.

Customers: duration of the commercial relationship, then 3 years.

Accounting records and invoices: 10 years, under article L.123-22 of the French Commercial Code.

Customer 3D files: deleted on request at any time, and at the latest 3 years after the last order.

Recipients and processors

Your data is neither sold nor rented. It is passed only to the providers listed below, each for a specific purpose, and to no one else.

Netlify, Inc. (United States) — website hosting. Server logs may contain IP addresses, kept only briefly. Transfer covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

FormSubmit (United States) — routing form submissions to our mailbox. Data passes through this service at the moment of sending. Transfer covered by the standard contractual clauses.

Google — only if you choose to post a review on our Google Business Profile listing. That step is yours alone and falls under Google's own privacy policy.

Google (Gmail) — hosts our business mailbox and therefore holds the correspondence you have with us.

Google Drive — storage for the 3D files you send us through the quotation form. They are kept there for the duration of the order, in a private space, and deleted on request. Transfer covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Visable GmbH (Germany) — SANSIL 3D uses products and services supplied by Visable GmbH (visable.com) for analysis and business prospecting. A pixel code collects and processes data in order to build usage profiles that are at least pseudonymised, and fully anonymous wherever possible. This identifies companies from their IP address, never individuals: visitors to this site are not personally identified, no other personal data is merged with these profiles, and an IP address identified as personal is deleted immediately. Sole traders are excluded from the results. You may object to this processing at any time, without retroactive effect, using the button below.

Carriers — La Poste (Colissimo), Chronopost and DPD, depending on the shipping method chosen; another carrier may be used for a particular destination or format. They receive only what delivery requires: name, postal address, and where applicable a telephone number or email for parcel tracking.

Objecting to company identification

The button below stops data being sent to Visable from this browser. To do so it sets a first-party marker — the only way to remember your refusal without identifying you.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data (articles 15 to 22 GDPR).

To exercise them, write to support.sansil3d@gmail.com. You will receive a reply within one month. Proof of identity may be requested where there is reasonable doubt as to who you are.

If the answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority: CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — cnil.fr. You may also complain to the supervisory authority of your own country of residence.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Forms are protected against automated submissions without resorting to a third-party captcha service, which avoids one more transfer of data.

Customer files are stored locally, on media that are not shared.
