The workshop
SANSIL 3D is an FDM 3D printing workshop based in Morsang-sur-Orge, 20 km south of Paris. We make parts that do a job: prototypes, workstation tooling, enclosures, spare parts you cannot buy any more.
Who actually makes your parts
SANSIL 3D is the sole trader business of Sébastien Boudignon, registered under SIRET 940 902 281 00010, activity code APE 28.99B, in Morsang-sur-Orge (91390), France.
You deal with one person from the first message to delivery. The same person reads your enquiry, chooses the material, starts the print and packs the parcel. There is no sales desk promising a lead time production cannot hold.
How an order runs
Send whatever you have: an STL or STEP file, a drawing, a photograph of the part next to a ruler, or a sketch. We reply within 24 working hours with a firm price, the recommended material and a lead time.
Before starting, we check the file for printability: walls too thin, impossible overhangs, material shrinkage across large flat areas. When a problem shows up, you hear about it before production, not when the parcel arrives.
Each part is checked before packing. A sample can be planned and priced in the quote. For runs of more than 50 parts, prior sample approval follows the terms in our sales conditions.
The machines and their limits
The fleet has 12 FDM printers: one Bambu Lab H2D, one H2C, one Creality K2 Plus and nine Creality Hi. Machine, material, orientation and any splitting are chosen after assessing the part. The largest nominal build volume is 350 × 350 × 350 mm; usable volume depends on the project.
The eufyMake E1 adds UV personalisation. A rotary attachment and UV-DTF laminator allow different shapes and processes to be assessed. Flat or raised printing, on your object or one supplied by us: compatibility and price are confirmed in the quote.
We do not do resin. For micro-detail beyond what FDM can hold, we say so and point you to a partner rather than deliver a disappointing part.
No finishing, and we say so up front
Removal of print supports is included. Sanding, primer, paint, varnish: we do not offer them. An FDM part comes out with its layer lines visible; that is the nature of the process.
We would rather state it than let you expect the look of an injection-moulded part. If surface appearance matters to your project, tell us: print orientation and layer height change a great deal, and that we do know how to optimise.
