Why us
Why us
Six commitments we keep on every order. And, just below, the list of what we do not do — it is just as useful.
What we commit to
- A firm quote within 24 working hours
- Not a range, not a «from» price that doubles when you order. One price, one lead time, one material. If your enquiry is too vague to price, we say what is missing rather than padding the figure.
- From one piece, with no tooling cost
- There is no minimum order for business customers, and no fixed start-up charge beyond preparation (€7.90 per order). A one-off is handled with the same care as a production run — it is simply quoted at the one-off rate.
- Material advice, even when it costs you less
- Plenty of enquiries arrive asking for PA6-CF when PETG is more than enough, at a third of the price. We say so. An over-specified part costs you money and gains you nothing.
- A printability check before every run
- Walls too thin, overhangs beyond 45°, non-watertight meshes, shrinkage on large flat surfaces: problems are found before printing, not when you open the parcel.
- Made in France, in the Essonne
- Everything is produced in Morsang-sur-Orge. For customers in the area, we can come and measure on site. Shipping across France and the European Union.
- One person from start to finish
- From the first message to delivery. You never explain your project twice, and the person who answers you is the one who starts the print.
What we do not do
Saying no in advance saves you a wasted enquiry and saves us an order we would have handled badly.
- Resin printing
- Our machines are entirely FDM. For micro-detail we point you to a partner rather than deliver a part below what you expected.
- Cosmetic finishing
- Support removal only. No sanding, no primer, no paint. The layer lines stay visible.
- Safety-critical parts
- Nothing whose failure injures: bicycle stems and handlebars, lifting components, structural elements under load. FDM is anisotropic — it breaks along the layers.
- Pressurised parts and lasting food contact
- The watertightness of an FDM part is never guaranteed over time, and the print striations trap bacteria.
- Copies of protected objects
- Licensed characters, parts covered by a patent in force, models under a non-commercial licence. We check, and we decline.
- Very large production runs
- Beyond a few thousand identical, simple parts, injection moulding becomes cheaper. We will tell you rather than take the order.
Does that fit your project? Send a file or describe the part. Firm quote within 24 working hours.
