No tooling cost, ever

Injection moulding needs a mould before it needs a part. FDM does not. Below a few thousand pieces a year, that changes the arithmetic completely.

One piece is a valid order

No minimum quantity. A one-off spare part is handled exactly like a production run.

Engineering materials, not just PLA

ASA for outdoor use, PA6-CF for continuous load, PC-FR with a UL94 V-0 rating and the manufacturer's datasheet. Most workshops at this scale stop at PETG.

CAD included in the conversation

No file is not a blocker. We model from a drawing, a photograph or the broken original, and hand over the STEP — which stays yours.

Inside the EU

No customs, no import duty, no three-week sea freight. Reverse-charge invoicing for EU businesses, and a workshop you can phone.

When we are the wrong choice

Above roughly five thousand identical parts a year, injection moulding wins — the mould pays for itself and the unit price drops far below anything FDM can reach. If you need optical clarity, a certified finished part, or tolerances tighter than ±0.15 mm, FDM is not the right process either. We will tell you that at the quotation stage rather than after delivery.
