What we actually do
Four things, done properly, rather than a catalogue of promises.
Production runs without tooling
From 1 to several thousand parts. No mould, no setup cost, no minimum order. Volume discounts from 10 pieces, down to −30 % above 1,000.
Engineering materials
PETG, ABS, ASA, PC, TPU, PA6-CF, and UL94 V-0 rated PC-FR with the manufacturer's datasheet supplied. Build envelope 350 × 350 × 350 mm.
CAD and reverse engineering
No 3D file? A drawing, a dimensioned photograph or the broken original is enough. We model in Fusion 360 and hand over the STEP file — the part stays reproducible afterwards, by us or by anyone else.
White-label subcontracting
Unbranded packaging, labelled with your references, shipped direct to your end customer. NDA signed on request, before files are even sent.
How it works
Four steps, no surprises
- 1 · Send the file
- STL, OBJ, 3MF or STEP, up to 500 MB, straight from your browser. A drawing or a photograph works too.
- 2 · Printability review
- Thin walls, overhangs and shrinkage are flagged before production, not after. If something will not work, you hear it at this stage.
- 3 · Firm quotation within 24 h
- Price and lead time, both binding. Above 50 pieces, a sample is produced and signed off before the run starts.
- 4 · Production and shipping
- Support removal included. Tracked shipping across the European Union, no customs formalities within the EU.
Buying from France, from another EU country
Give us your intra-Community VAT number on the quotation request and the invoice is issued without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism. Deliveries within the EU involve no customs declaration and no import duty.
Quotations, drawings and correspondence are handled in English. Technical drawings can be supplied in first-angle or third-angle projection — tell us which convention you work to.
