A workshop assembling or repairing in batches loses time on positioning: aligning a motor, setting a camera angle, checking a hole spacing. We build the fixture that locks the geometry once and for all — frame cradles, bushed drilling jigs, camera angle gauges, go/no-go gauges. These parts stay on the bench: they never fly and carry no load in the air, which is exactly why FDM belongs here.
Designed to your dimensions, then checked on the actual assembly before dispatch. PETG covers the majority of applications; ABS or ASA take over as soon as heat or outdoor exposure is involved. Every order starts with a printability review: thin walls, overhangs and material shrinkage are flagged before production, not after.

Can I order a single part?
Yes. There is no minimum order: a one-off is handled exactly like a production run.
I don't have a 3D file — is that a problem?
No. A drawing, a dimensioned photograph or the original part is enough: we model it in Fusion 360 and hand over the STEP file as well.
Is the price shown a firm price?
It is an entry price. A firm quotation is issued within 24 working hours, based on your actual geometry and the quantity required.
