In ASA, because the original part broke precisely after years of UV. ASA does not yellow and does not turn brittle, unlike PLA or untreated ABS.

Another material is possible. Tell us where the object will live and what it has to put up with — heat, sunlight, impact, damp — and we will suggest one.
Common questions
Why not PLA, which is cheaper?
Because it would have broken even faster than the original. On an exposed part, ASA is not optional.
How do I measure it?
Internal tube diameter, groove width, overall length. A photograph with a ruler alongside completes it nicely.
Do you make the slats too?
No. A shutter slat is an extruded structural part; that is not a sensible use of FDM.
