When the specification says V-0, we print V-0: enclosures and technical parts in flame-retardant polycarbonate and PPS-CF, with material datasheets supplied for your file. One of the very few FDM workshops covering this niche — used for electrical, battery-adjacent and industrial control housings.
Cut-outs, cable routes and threaded inserts designed in from the start. PC-FR is specified here for a UL94 V-0 flame rating; another material remains possible depending on the real constraint on the part. Every order starts with a printability review: thin walls, overhangs and material shrinkage are flagged before production, not after.

Can I order a single part?
Yes. There is no minimum order: a one-off is handled exactly like a production run.
I don't have a 3D file — is that a problem?
No. A drawing, a dimensioned photograph or the original part is enough: we model it in Fusion 360 and hand over the STEP file as well.
Is the price shown a firm price?
It is an entry price. A firm quotation is issued within 24 working hours, based on your actual geometry and the quantity required.
