Foam that never crumbles: rigid inserts cut to each tool's silhouette, shadow-board colours to spot a missing item at a glance, kitting trays that sequence an operation. Sized to your exact cases, trolleys and drawers — from a photo of the loaded tray.
Made to order, from a single unit, with no tooling cost. PETG covers the majority of applications; ABS or ASA take over as soon as heat or outdoor exposure is involved. Every order starts with a printability review: thin walls, overhangs and material shrinkage are flagged before production, not after.

Can I order a single part?
Yes. There is no minimum order: a one-off is handled exactly like a production run.
I don't have a 3D file — is that a problem?
No. A drawing, a dimensioned photograph or the original part is enough: we model it in Fusion 360 and hand over the STEP file as well.
Is the price shown a firm price?
It is an entry price. A firm quotation is issued within 24 working hours, based on your actual geometry and the quantity required.
