What it is for

  • Get a machine running again
  • Work around a supply shortage
  • Improve on a fragile original part

Parts that survive where standard plastics fail: polycarbonate takes ~110–120 °C service temperatures and hard knocks. Machine guards, hot-zone brackets, functional prototypes for demanding environments.

Remade from a sample, a drawing or a dimensioned photograph. PC is specified here for service temperature beyond 110 °C; another material remains possible depending on the real constraint on the part. Every order starts with a printability review: thin walls, overhangs and material shrinkage are flagged before production, not after.

Recommended materials

Recommended materials for Polycarbonate (PC) parts – high temperature and impact resistance
PCPolycarbonate: impact resistance and service beyond 110 °C.
PA6-CFCarbon-filled nylon: stiff, light, low creep.

Another material is possible: tell us the real constraint — temperature, UV, impact, contact — and we will propose one.

Frequently asked questions

Can I order a single part?

Yes. There is no minimum order: a one-off is handled exactly like a production run.

I don't have a 3D file — is that a problem?

No. A drawing, a dimensioned photograph or the original part is enough: we model it in Fusion 360 and hand over the STEP file as well.

Is the price shown a firm price?

It is an entry price. A firm quotation is issued within 24 working hours, based on your actual geometry and the quantity required.
