Delivery: shipping costs, collection and timing

Collect your order at the workshop

Collection is free, by appointment once we confirm that your order is ready: 10 Square Jean Baptiste Clément, 91390 Morsang-sur-Orge, France. Please wait for our confirmation before travelling.

Shipping costs by destination

The tables below are used by our estimate for a standard parcel. Weight includes every item, the box and protective packing; it is estimated in 50 g increments. Available options depend on the country, the address served and the selected service. For France, these rates cover metropolitan France. Overseas territories require a separate transport quote.

Prices in euros cover transport only. The preparation and packing fee shown in your quote (currently €7.90 per order) is separate from postage. The total payable is confirmed before payment.

Rate tables checked on 26 September 2026.

When will your order arrive?

Production time depends on the project, quantity, file approval and workshop schedule. It is confirmed in your quote. Transport time starts once the carrier receives the parcel: express shipping does not speed up production.

The dates or timings applicable to your order are provided before you accept. They depend on the destination and available service; this page does not promise a universal delivery time.

Express, large parcels and other destinations

Chronopost express home delivery is offered where available. Its price may depend on the exact destination and a carrier quotation, and is confirmed in your quote. Weights above the listed bands, oversized parcels, multiple-parcel shipments and unlisted destinations require a tailored shipping quote before ordering.

A delivery question?

Include the destination, quantity and deadline in your request. We will check the appropriate option before production.
