The images are examples, not the part delivered. Every part is made from your 3D files or your dimensioned photographs, in the colours you choose, and we can incorporate your logo.

What it is for
- A service that makes the part you need, from your file
- Hold a short run without tying up stock
- Match the exact dimension of your assembly, not a catalogue standard
Small batch of 3D-printed parts. It makes the part you need, from your file — for your part, not for an average one.
You do not need a 3D file to order. A dimensioned drawing, a photograph taken square-on with a ruler beside the part, or the broken part sent to us by post is enough: we rebuild the geometry and submit the file to you before anything is manufactured.
The three materials we recommend for this part. PETG, our default choice: the default functional choice. Holds to 70 °C, flexible enough to take a knock without snapping, and it does not crack the way PLA does. PA6-CF: stiff, light, very low creep. This is the material for parts kept under permanent load that must not deform over time. ASA: ABS that does not yellow. It is the only UV-stable family in the range: outdoors everything else ages, ASA keeps its colour.
From the smallest detail up to 350 × 350 × 350 mm, as a single unit, as a spare part, in a short or a medium run: the process does not change, only the quantity does. All twenty workshop materials remain available for this part, from PLA to carbon-filled PPS rated at 200 °C: if your constraint differs from the one we assumed, tell us and we change material without changing the starting price.
Why work with us. 20 materials, from PLA to carbon-filled PPS. From decorative work to parts that hold 200 °C, everything is produced in the same workshop. You do not have to change supplier when the requirement turns technical. Change it without paying for a new mould. A dimension to correct, a hole to move: we edit the file and print again. On a mould, the same correction costs money and takes weeks. The part you cannot find any more. Mould destroyed, manufacturer gone, reference discontinued: this is where we have no competition. A photograph, a set of dimensions or the broken part is enough to make it again.
Your part, to your dimensions. Send us your 3D file, a dimensioned drawing, a photograph, or simply the part to be copied: we reproduce it faithfully or adapt it, from a single unit, with no tooling cost at all. The images on this page show typical work and are not contractual.

Small batch of 3D-printed parts in PETG: temperature resistance 70 °C; will not survive repeated dishwasher cycles; other option, ABS if it gets hotter than 70 °C.
Another material is possible: tell us the real constraint (temperature, UV, impact, contact) and we will suggest one.
What we commit to

Frequently asked
Can you modify the original part?
Yes, and that is often the real benefit: thickening a rib that kept breaking, moving a hole, changing a diameter. On a mould, the same correction costs money and takes weeks.
I have no 3D file — is that a problem?
No. A dimensioned drawing, a photograph taken square-on with a ruler beside the part, or the part itself sent by post is enough. We rebuild the geometry and submit the file to you before anything is made.
What if the material you recommend does not suit?
Tell us the real constraint — temperature, UV, contact with a product, load — and we change material. Twenty are available, from PLA to carbon-filled PPS.
