What it is for

  • A part that keeps the tool within reach, always in the same place
  • Replace a part the manufacturer no longer supplies
  • Correct a weakness of the original part instead of copying it

Custom wall tool holder. A part that keeps the tool within reach, always in the same place, made to your dimensions rather than taken off the shelf.

You do not need a 3D file to order. A dimensioned drawing, a photograph taken square-on with a ruler beside the part, or the broken part sent to us by post is enough: we rebuild the geometry and submit the file to you before anything is manufactured.

The three materials we recommend for this part. PETG-CF, our default choice: the most useful compromise in the range: the toughness of PETG plus the dimensional stability of the fibre. For when it has to be both strong and accurate. PA6-CF: stiff, light, very low creep. This is the material for parts kept under permanent load that must not deform over time. ABS: the first real thermal step, 90 °C. It is also the material that sands and glues best when the part has to be finished after printing.

We make anything from a micro part up to a 350 × 350 × 350 mm envelope, from a one-off prototype to a medium production run, at high or medium precision depending on what the part actually needs. All twenty workshop materials remain available for this part, from PLA to carbon-filled PPS rated at 200 °C: if your constraint differs from the one we assumed, tell us and we change material without changing the starting price.

Why work with us. No tooling, no minimum order. Injection moulding needs a mould costing thousands of euros, paid back over tens of thousands of parts. Here there is no mould. One part costs one part. Order 1 unit or 500, the price hides no set-up fee. 20 materials, from PLA to carbon-filled PPS. From decorative work to parts that hold 200 °C, everything is produced in the same workshop. You do not have to change supplier when the requirement turns technical. Change it without paying for a new mould. A dimension to correct, a hole to move: we edit the file and print again. On a mould, the same correction costs money and takes weeks.

Your part, to your dimensions. Send us your 3D file, a dimensioned drawing, a photograph, or simply the part to be copied: we reproduce it faithfully or adapt it, from a single unit, with no tooling cost at all. The images on this page show typical work and are not contractual.

Custom wall tool holder in PETG-CF: temperature resistance 80 °C; matte, grainy finish: not a cosmetic part; other option, PETG if stiffness is not the issue.

Another material is possible: tell us the real constraint (temperature, UV, impact, contact) and we will suggest one.

Frequently asked

I have no 3D file — is that a problem?

No. A dimensioned drawing, a photograph taken square-on with a ruler beside the part, or the part itself sent by post is enough. We rebuild the geometry and submit the file to you before anything is made.

What if the material you recommend does not suit?

Tell us the real constraint — temperature, UV, contact with a product, load — and we change material. Twenty are available, from PLA to carbon-filled PPS.

Can you modify the original part?

Yes, and that is often the real benefit: thickening a rib that kept breaking, moving a hole, changing a diameter. On a mould, the same correction costs money and takes weeks.
