The three materials we recommend
| PP | living hinges and chemical resistance. It is the only material in the range that will bend thousands of times in the same place. |

| PETG | the default functional choice. Holds to 70 °C, flexible enough to take a knock without snapping, and it does not crack the way PLA does. |
| TPU | rubber-flexible, and nothing else among the twenty does this job. It absorbs, it damps, it springs back to shape. |

Wide closure clip for heavy bags in PP: temperature resistance 95 °C; the hardest material here to print: it adheres poorly to the bed; other option, PETG if the part must be rigid.

Up to several hundred identical parts. Beyond a few thousand frozen units, injection moulding becomes the better answer and we will tell you so.
What is your minimum quantity?
One. There is no mould to pay off, so there is no minimum quantity to reach before the price makes sense.
