Internal enclosure mounting bracket. Designed as the part that organises the inside of an electrical enclosure, it leaves the workshop as a one-off just as readily as in a short run.

You do not need a 3D file to order. A dimensioned drawing, a photograph taken square-on with a ruler beside the part, or the broken part sent to us by post is enough: we rebuild the geometry and submit the file to you before anything is manufactured.

The three materials we recommend for this part. ABS, our default choice: the first real thermal step, 90 °C. It is also the material that sands and glues best when the part has to be finished after printing. PETG: the default functional choice. Holds to 70 °C, flexible enough to take a knock without snapping, and it does not crack the way PLA does. PC-FR: polycarbonate rated UL94 V-0 for flammability. The choice as soon as the part enters a fire-rated application.

We make anything from a micro part up to a 350 × 350 × 350 mm envelope, from a one-off prototype to a medium production run, at high or medium precision depending on what the part actually needs. All twenty workshop materials remain available for this part, from PLA to carbon-filled PPS rated at 200 °C: if your constraint differs from the one we assumed, tell us and we change material without changing the starting price.

Frequently asked

I have no 3D file — is that a problem?

No. A dimensioned drawing, a photograph taken square-on with a ruler beside the part, or the part itself sent by post is enough. We rebuild the geometry and submit the file to you before anything is made.

What if the material you recommend does not suit?

Tell us the real constraint — temperature, UV, contact with a product, load — and we change material. Twenty are available, from PLA to carbon-filled PPS.

Can you modify the original part?

Yes, and that is often the real benefit: thickening a rib that kept breaking, moving a hole, changing a diameter. On a mould, the same correction costs money and takes weeks.
