You do not need a 3D file to order. A dimensioned drawing, a photograph taken square-on with a ruler beside the part, or the broken part sent to us by post is enough: we rebuild the geometry and submit the file to you before anything is manufactured.
The three materials we recommend for this part. ASA, our default choice: ABS that does not yellow. It is the only UV-stable family in the range: outdoors everything else ages, ASA keeps its colour. ASA-CF: the best outdoor choice: the UV stability of ASA and the stiffness of carbon fibre in one material. PETG: the default functional choice. Holds to 70 °C, flexible enough to take a knock without snapping, and it does not crack the way PLA does.
From the smallest detail up to 350 × 350 × 350 mm, as a single unit, as a spare part, in a short or a medium run: the process does not change, only the quantity does. All twenty workshop materials remain available for this part, from PLA to carbon-filled PPS rated at 200 °C: if your constraint differs from the one we assumed, tell us and we change material without changing the starting price.

Do you handle production runs?
Up to several hundred identical parts. Beyond a few thousand frozen units, injection moulding becomes the better answer and we will tell you so.
