You do not need a 3D file to order. A dimensioned drawing, a photograph taken square-on with a ruler beside the part, or the broken part sent to us by post is enough: we rebuild the geometry and submit the file to you before anything is manufactured.
The three materials we recommend for this part. ASA, our default choice: ABS that does not yellow. It is the only UV-stable family in the range: outdoors everything else ages, ASA keeps its colour. ASA-CF: the best outdoor choice: the UV stability of ASA and the stiffness of carbon fibre in one material. ABS: the first real thermal step, 90 °C. It is also the material that sands and glues best when the part has to be finished after printing.
We make anything from a micro part up to a 350 × 350 × 350 mm envelope, from a one-off prototype to a medium production run, at high or medium precision depending on what the part actually needs. All twenty workshop materials remain available for this part, from PLA to carbon-filled PPS rated at 200 °C: if your constraint differs from the one we assumed, tell us and we change material without changing the starting price.

Do you handle production runs?
Up to several hundred identical parts. Beyond a few thousand frozen units, injection moulding becomes the better answer and we will tell you so.
